Description
In a Mental Health Coaching session we’ll be doing Parts work that involves exploring and addressing different aspects or “parts” of a person’s inner self. These parts can include emotions, beliefs, memories, and coping mechanisms residing in the subconscious. The goal is to bring these parts into conscious awareness, fostering self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. Through understanding and integrating these internal aspects with the core “Self,” individuals can achieve greater emotional balance and well-being.
